donetto is a toolkit platform designed for freelancers, providing various productivity tools including:
- Audio Clean: Remove filler words, silence, and background noise from audio files
- File Upload: Upload and share files via secure links
- Additional tools may be added over time
To use our services, you must create an account using a supported social login provider (such as Google). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services.
Purchasing Credits
Our services operate on a pay-as-you-go credit system. You can purchase credit packs at any time. New accounts receive a welcome bonus of 60 credits.
Using Credits
Each tool consumes a specified number of credits per use (e.g., Audio Clean costs 10 credits per file). Credit costs for each tool are displayed before processing.
Credit Validity
Credits do not expire and remain in your account until used. Credits are non-transferable between accounts.
Refunds
If you haven't used any credits from your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Once any credits have been used, the purchase is non-refundable. To request a refund, contact us at [email protected].
You agree not to use our services to:
- Upload, process, or share illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Attempt to bypass security measures or exploit vulnerabilities
- Use automated systems to abuse or overload our services
- Resell or redistribute our services without authorization
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Your Content
You retain full ownership of all files you upload and content you create using our services. By uploading files, you grant us a limited license to process them solely for the purpose of providing our services.
Our Platform
The donetto platform, including its design, features, and technology, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend services for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances.
By You
You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed. Unused credits will be forfeited.
By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion with reasonable notice.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on our platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.
